Presidential Secretariat

The Presidential Secretariat ensures the orderly management of all incoming and outgoing documentation, focusing particularly on digitisation, classification, and retrievability. It ensures the preparation of documents for the President’s signature, with special attention to communications related to relations with the various organisational branches of the Institute and with external entities and authorities. It manages functional and administrative support activities, as well as updating the President’s commitments and activities.
