2023 ASviS Report Presentation

13.10.2023 – The eighth edition of the ASviS (the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development) Report, “Italy and sustainable development goals” will be released in Rome on 19 October. The Report was drawn up with the contribution of one thousand experts, and includes analyses and proposals aimed at helping Italy progress as regards the 17 sustainable development Goals, seven years ahead of the 2030 Agenda deadline.

Halfway through the Agenda track endorsed by 193 Countries, Italy included, a clear need arises to amend national and European public policies, private sector strategies, as well as individual and collective behaviours. The urgency is prompted by several crises such as the Covid pandemic and war in Ukraine, which have adversely impacted on the efforts made since 2015 to date. Thanks to the contribution of one thousand experts from over 320 organisations members of ASviS, the 2023 Report provides a picture of initiatives launched at a global, European and Italian level in favour of sustainable development, hence allowing to identify areas in need of resolute actions.

Riccardo Mazzarella will attend the presentation on behalf of Inapp Director-General and European Year of Skills Coordinator, Dr. Santo Darko Grillo.
