23.11.2023 –The seminar “Ageing workforce in Italian businesses” organised by Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and Inapp will be held in Milan on 27 November.
Within the framework of the “Age-It – Consequences and challenges posed by ageing” Project, Inapp will release the findings of a field survey on age management and businesses digitalisation, carried out on a pattern of 2500 small and medium enterprises covering all private non-farming sectors with legal status as limited companies and partnerships. This survey is part of a five-year research project aimed at describing and analysing the attitude of business players vis-à-vis ageing human resources within the context of current technological changes in progress, as a consequence of the increasing digitisation of the economy.
Pietro Checcucci, Maria Luisa Aversa and Valeria Iadevaia will be attending the seminar on behalf of Inapp .
