05.10.2023 – Seniores Italia Lazio OdV – Erasmus project award-winners, together with other 12 European partner organisations, for the implementation of the MAB (Mentoring Across Border) project – in collaboration with Circolo Affari Esteri, has organised the “Tackling work together. Senior workers’ experience to help the young enter the labour market” event, to be held on 10 October .
The project is built around the principle of active ageing and the resulting contribution that Seniors can still offer to support younger generations. The project aims to develop an international Platform covering the vehicular languages of each of the nine participating Countries, in order to facilitate the exchange of experiences between Seniors and young Mentees (18/30 years of age).
The debate will focus on the importance of active ageing, and information will be provided on the use of the Platform to those willing to register as Mentors, for the purpose of fostering the professional growth of young workers in need of support.
