14.11.2023 – The Orientation Festival will be held in Genoa at Magazzini del Cotone in the Porto Antico district, from 15 to 17 November.
The 2023 edition is dedicated to “Dreamers”, who will tell how they have succeeded in chasing their dreams.
The festival is intended for students, teachers and families: a series of events, meetings and initiatives to help young people choose their own study path with greater awareness and find their way around the labour world.
While participating with its own exhibition area, to be shared with the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, Inapp will also hold two workshops:
The 15 November workshop “Vocational training quality in Italy: comparing accreditation and Eqavet indicators”, will have Inapp’s Daniela Carlini as a rapporteur. In view of recent EU policies which deem education and training systems quality as a key factor to increase competitiveness and encourage active citizenship and social cohesion, it’s crucial to describe the role played by the accreditation of education and training institutions as the fundamental tool to assure VET quality in Italy, while analysing the converging points with Eqavet (European Quality Assurance Reference Framework in Vocational Education and Training) indicators.
The second workshop “ReferNet: orientation and information on VET in Europe” will be held on 16 November, with Inapp’s Concetta Fonzo as a rapporteur. This workshop will consist of an overview of activities and research carried out and publications issued over the last few years by ReferNet European network, fostered by Cedefop. This meeting is intended for information and dissemination purposes in order to introduce all participants to ReferNet’s major physical and digital products. The aim of a detailed presentation of ReferNet’s material and tools is to offer useful information and guidance on European policies, strategies and VET systems.
