07.12.2023 –The “Seminar on technical support to the management of project activities pertaining to Action KA122, Learning Mobility of Individuals – Call for proposals 2023”, organised by the Erasmus+ Programme will be held in Rome at Centro Congressi Villa Palestro on 12 December.
The technical-information meeting is addressed to organisations sponsoring approved projects – Action KA122 Call 2023 – and falls within the framework of the monitoring and support action to be implemented by Erasmus+ National Agency in compliance with the European Commission provisions as specified in the National Agencies Guide.
The Seminar aims to provide directions on the proper management of project activities, with a special focus on the provisions included in the funding Agreement and in EU Erasmus quality standards, on the proper use of EC Managing Platforms (Beneficiary Module and Online linguistic support), on the evaluation of the final Report, on the National Agency control and supervision action with regard to the proper use of EU funds. Works will also focus on such topics as Inclusion and diversity and Sustainability and green, which are EU and national priorities in whose regard bodies are required and encouraged to take measures.
The Seminar also aims to allow beneficiary organisations to get directly in touch with each other in order to build an active collaboration network on common topics and jointly express any doubts or concerns.
