07.12.2023 – The Center for American Studies, in partnership with IBM, has organised a panel discussion titled “The future of labour markets”, that will be held in Rome on 12 December.
While we are facing a landscape impacted by wide gaps, several studies have been highlighting the importance of being prepared to tackle new challenges. Indeed, never before has the need been so acute for a skilled and knowledgeable workforce, not only in the public sector.
It’s especially crucial for future employees and managers to be skilled in the use of technological tools such as advanced robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing and big data.
The meeting is a key milestone along a discussion route at a global level, where different stakeholders’ participation and collaboration may result in recommendations and positive examples.
