10.10.2023 – The event “Tras-Formare, ‘Transforming-Training’ human capital to unlock the Country’s potential”, organised by UCID – Unione Cristiana Imprenditori e Dirigenti (the Christian Union of Entrepreneurs and Executives) will be held in Lamezia Terme on 14 and 15 October.
Representatives of the institutions and the church, businesses and third sector bodies, scholars and communicators will attend the meeting to reflect on the importance of qualifying the young and those who make up the Country’s human capital, and on the need to cooperate in order to tackle challenges posed by a changing labour market, as well as those related to the green and technological transition.
The meeting will be divided into plenary sections and parallel thematic groups, and discussions will be focused on the mismatch between labour supply and demand which is due, on the one hand, to open positions in businesses, and on the other hand, to the inadequacy of adult skills levels as against businesses’ requirements.
Massimiliano Franceschetti and Federica De Luca will attend the event on behalf of Inapp’s Director-General and European Year of Skills national Coordinator, Dr. Santo Darko Grillo.
