Comparing training apprenticeship models and practices

The book ‘Comparing training apprenticeship models and practices. Case-studies in Italy and Europe’ describes results of a survey carried out by Inapp within the framework of the project “Work-based learning system analysis: regulations, empyric evidence and international comparisons”, provided for under ESF Action Plan 2018-2020 – PON SPAO (NOP Active Labour Policies and Systems). The survey aimed on the one hand at identifying territorial models and strategies for training apprenticeship actions, i.e. those types of contract related to vocational education and training systems, and on the other hand at defining the issues preventing full implementation of such actions in other Administrations. Results were then described starting from successful experiences of  VET (IeFP) paths (I level), followed by higher education institutions (ITS) experiences (III level) of apprenticeship in progress, in regions where training apprenticeship has reached a good level of implementation.
