This report aims to expand the analysis on adult skills, with insights in a territorial and gender perspective. Further insights refer to the international benchmarking regarding skills levels and characteristics, based on results of the three rounds carried out within the framework of PIAAC 1st cycle. A special feature of the report is the use of different data sources, frequently integrating one another, allowing to consider different aspects of learning paths analysis and human capital’s proficiency.
