On 30 January, the Inapp Auditorium will host the seminar Youth, Work and the Future. The event provides an opportunity to explore the findings of the national survey Youth and the Future: Nurturing Hopes through Work, promoted by Engim at the start of 2024. The survey involved over 4,000 young people from across Italy, who shared their views on the role of work in their lives and their expectations for the future.
Institutional greetings will be delivered by Inapp’s Director General, Loriano Bigi, followed by the opening remarks by Emmanuele Crispolti, Head of the Inapp Training Systems Unit. Marco Muzzarelli, National Director of Engim, will then introduce the survey’s theme.
The second part of the day will feature a roundtable discussion titled Guidance, Training, and the Role of Work, moderated by Romano Benini. Participants will include, among others, Luigi Bobba, President of the Terzjus Foundation, and Silvia Stilli from the Association of Italian Organisations for International Cooperation and Solidarity.
The seminar will conclude with remarks by Natale Forlani, President of Inapp, and Antonio Lucente, President of the Engim Foundation.
