Businesses and Schools Networked to Overcome the Mismatch

On 6 March, from 14:30 to 18:00, the conference “Businesses and Schools Networked to Overcome the Mismatch”, organised by Expotraining, will take place at the Chamber of Deputies – Palazzo Montecitorio.

The conference will address the gap between the skills required by businesses and those possessed by workers, and all the necessary interventions to counter this serious phenomenon. The mismatch between labour demand and supply is an endogenous problem that weakens the development of the country’s system, as the gap between the skills required by businesses and those held by the labour force is heavily misaligned.

The President of INAPP, Natale Forlani, will take part in the proceedings.
