The seminar ‘Apprenticeship in a Changing Labour Market’ will take place on 21 November, from 9:30 to 13:00 at the Inapp Auditorium and online, on the occasion of the presentation of the 22nd Apprenticeship Report ‘Signs of Strengthening in Dual Apprenticeship’.

The event is an opportunity to disseminate the results of the national apprenticeship monitor report, conducted annually by Inapp on behalf of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, with the contribution of Inps. Specifically, the aim is to illustrate the state of progress of apprenticeship employment and the trend of public training dedicated to apprentices, planned by the Regions and Autonomous Provinces, for the year 2022 and for the training years 2021-22 and 2022-23.

The day will begin with greetings from Inapp President Natale Forlani and an introduction by Emmanuele Crispolti (Inapp Education and Training Systems Unit Manager). This will be followed by the presentation of the Apprenticeship Report by Leda Accosta (Inps) and Silvia Vaccaro (Inapp).

Following this there will be a speech by the Hon. Walter Rizzetto, President of the 11th Commission for Public and Private Labour of the Chamber of Deputies. The programme will then include a discussion panel with representatives from institutions, training bodies, and trade unions to discuss the results of the monitoring and the lines of evolution of apprenticeship, in response to the changing labour market.

The conclusions will be entrusted to Vincenzo Caridi, Head of the Department for Labour, Welfare, Insurance and Occupational Health and Safety Policies of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.
