From the 11th to the 13th of July, the Fortezza Medicea in Montepulciano will host “Luci sul Lavoro,” an event dedicated entirely to the world of work. The theme of this 15th edition is “People and Work. Social Investment for Sustainable Growth.”
The event features a debate space on current issues and topics related to the world of work, aiming to place work at the centre of an open and multidisciplinary discussion.
The event includes a stand area (open from the 12th of July) where participants can interact with entities operating in the labour market.
Inapp will be present with a dedicated exhibition area shared with the Ministry of Labour, INPS, the National Labour Inspectorate, and “Sviluppo Lavoro Italia”. On Friday, the 12th of July at 12:30, Inapp will organise a workshop titled “People at the Centre of Change: Skills and Continuous Training as Catalysts for Sustainable Growth,” moderated by Massimiliano Franceschetti, featuring speakers Domenico Barricelli and Alessandra Pedone.
Additionally, on Thursday, the 11th of July at 16:00, Andrea Ricci will participate in the seminar “Challenges and Opportunities of the Green and Digital Transitions for the Italian Labour Market.”
On Friday, the 12th of July, the following events are scheduled:
- 10:00 – President Natale Forlani will speak at the seminar “Labour Policies and Green Transition: Opportunities and Prospects for Italy.”
- 15:00 – Andrea Carlini will participate in the workshop “The Results of the Dual System Intervention of the PNRR. Action to Address Mismatch and a Lever for Administrative Innovation.”
- 18:00 – Manuel Marocco will take part in the panel “Observatory on the Digitalisation of Industrial Relations. Artificial Intelligence and Collective Autonomy” within the session “Health and Work. Concepts, Preventive Profiles, and Protections.”
