The conference ‘Labour, Wage and Employment Policies’, taking place on 9 December at the Inapp Auditorium, provides an opportunity for dialogue with experts, institutions and representatives from the economic and productive sectors. The event aims to explore findings and prospects for labour policies and businesses, situating them within the economic dynamics induced by the spread of digital technologies and the ecological transition.
In the first part of the conference, Inapp researchers will present three separate reports addressing: tax incentive measures for work and investment; the relationship between new technologies, work organisation, and skills profiles; the energy transition and business choices.
The evidence presented by Inapp researchers, drawn from statistical, sample-based and administrative sources, will provide elements of comparison for the discussion in the second part of the meeting. This segment will feature contributions from representatives of institutions and the academic community. In particular, the Round Table will address the topic of multidimensionality and the coordination of public policies for the labour market and the entrepreneurial system.
