The Pon Systems of Active Policies for Employment (SPAO) 2014-2020 supported structural reforms regarding employment, the labour market, human capital and productivity and Italy’s growth objectives.
Inapp operated as an intermediate body of the Pon Spao, implementing the numerous actions delegated by the Management Authority ANPAL (National Agency for Active Labour Policies).
Based on the 2018-2023 Implementation Plan, Inapp has carried out activities relating to the Employment, Education and Training Axes, Institutional Capacity, or with respect to areas of intervention consistent with its institutional functions, skills and experiences, throughout the national territory.
The Institute has completed the implementation of the 18 Operations (Projects) envisaged in the 2018-2023 Implementation Plan.
