The workshop represents the first step for the launch of the community of practices that Inapp intends to create within the project developed and coordinated by the research groups ‘Key competences for employability’ and ‘Atlas Work and Skills Analysis’.
This initial meeting is part of the activities envisaged by the Operational Line of the Youth, Women and Work ESF+ 2021-2027 NOP, dedicated to the development of an integrated device for the representation of key, digital and green skills within the infrastructure of the Atlas of Work system.
The main objective is to initiate an open discussion on the challenges and opportunities related to the integration of European frameworks into the lifelong learning system. During the seminar, the first results of the project are shared, focusing on the survey on key competences and European frameworks, with a focus on the use of the DigComp framework as a tool to design and enrich occupational profiles.
Taking part in the event are Rita Porcelli, head of the research group “Atlas of Work and Competence Analysis”; Fabrizio Giovannini, head of the research group “Key Competences for Employability in the Extended Technical and Vocational Education and Training Pathway”; and Paolo Severati, head of the “Labour and Professions” Unit.
This is an invitation-only event, open to a select list of participants.
