17.11.2023 –The event “Labour shortages: mismatch and training in the current labour market situation” will be held in Verona on 24 November within the context of Job&Orienta.
The difficulties encountered by businesses in recruiting employees are sometimes due to a lack of skills, sometimes to a shortage of applicants, sometimes deriving from frequent dropouts. While occurring in many Countries, the so-called labour shortage appears to be particularly prominent in Italy, especially within some sectors and where young workers are concerned. It needs to be carefully analysed to identify solutions to the issues that are at the root of this phenomenon.
Inapp’s Director-General and European Year of Skills national Coordinator, Dr. Santo Darko Grillo, will attend the event.
The discussion will be introduced by Inapp’s President, Prof. Sebastiano Fadda.
