19.09.2023 –A series of workshops dedicated to cultural cooperation will be held at Real Collegio in Lucca on 28 and 29 September 2023 as part of the LuBeC (Lucca Beni Culturali) Skills and Labour Workshop. The workshops will provide attendants with an opportunity to compare this sector’s new challenges to new multidisciplinary skills required and cooperation practices which best portray the ability to do networking, create more sustainable economies and renovate their own principles.
LuBeC, which has reached its 19th edition this year, is an international meeting dedicated to developing and understanding the culture-innovation system. With its qualified audience of administrators, public and private managers and officials, sector experts and stakeholders, LuBeC is a pivotal moment for discussion between public administration and the entrepreneurial world, a meeting and cultural storage place, a generator of practical development measures.
On 29 September Inapp’s Director-General and European Year of Skills national Coordinator, Dr. Santo Darko Grillo, will attend the “Cooperation, multidisciplinarity, networking and new skills for the cultural work” workshop. The workshop aims to create an opportunity for co-planning and networking between the system of co-operatives and the organisations that cooperate with them in the cultural and tourist context, from a multidisciplinary perspective. The objective is to explore the skills required in order to meet the challenges posed by a changing market and detect new business opportunities in the ten contexts identified by Isforcoop and Culturmedia Legacoop research overseen by Promo PA Fondazione.
