JOB&Orienta is the event dedicated to vocational guidance, school, training and work that attracts students, high-school and university graduates, as well as teachers and training and guidance operators. Inapp stands, workshops and seminars are part of the programme of the 33rd edition of JOB&Orienta, which will take place from 27 to 30 November in Verona at Veronafiere.

Three days of events dedicated to vocational guidance, school, training and work involving students, high-school and university graduates, as well as teachers and training and guidance operators.

At the institutional stand, shared by the MLPS, INPS, INAIL, INAPP, and SLI, visitors will find information and documentation, along with workshops and interactive sessions.

A seminar and several Inapp workshops are scheduled.

Wednesday 27 November

From 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. the seminar ‘The impact of artificial intelligence on skills and training’ will take place. The opening of the proceedings and institutional greetings will be delivered by the President of INAPP, Natale Forlani. This will be followed by an introductory report by INAPP researcher Valentina Ferri. Riccardo Mazzarella, also a researcher at INAPP, will moderate the roundtable discussion titled “Skills for the Transition”, featuring the following participants: Paola Vacchina, President of Forma; Raffaele Saccà, Director and Member of the Management Committee of Fondimpresa; and Andrea Poltronieri, economist and expert in business development and territorial economy.

From 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. there will be the workshop ‘The training I would like: students’ views on quality’ by Concetta Fonzo, which illustrates the Peer Review methodology and in particular the involvement of students, through an evaluation questionnaire, in the quality assessment process.

Thursday 28 November

From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. the seminar titled “Guidance throughout the Life Cycle: From Theory to Practice” will take place, where Concetta Fonzo will provide an analysis of the guidance system in a European context, considering the latest developments in policies and guidance practices across Europe. The goal is to describe successful strategies and initiatives and to foster a constructive dialogue between stakeholders and policymakers.

‘Work and technique in the 20th century through historical and iconographic sources: the Inapp exhibition’. The workshop, curated by Chiara Carlucci and Giuseppina Di Iorio, will take place from 12:00 to 13:00.

Friday 29 November

The President of Inapp, Natale Forlani, is taking part in the workshop “Artificial Intelligence and Labour in the Tertiary Market: Opportunities and Risks”, which will be held at Pavilion 10 at 10:00 AM and is organised by ISASCAT-CISL.

Valeria Scalmato, Anna Rita Racioppo, Alessandra Biancolini, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, will be speaking during the EQF and Europass workshop titled “Tools and Programmes for European Mobility and Skills Transparency.”

Saturday 30 November

From 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the workshop ‘The Atlas of work and qualifications in support of teachers and students’ will be held by Sabrina Marciano.
