On October 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Inapp Auditorium, there will be a seminar dedicated to the presentation of the results of the 2023 Evaluative Monitoring Report, realised by Fondimpresa and Inapp.
The Report, the result of the ROLA survey and more than 100 Company Training Stories, focuses on the evaluation of the impact and effectiveness of the Training Plans implemented by companies, with a focus on the digital and ecological transitions. The real added value lies in the analysis that gives voice to the protagonists of training – the workers and the companies – showing how training investment, in synergy with industrial strategies, can be a driver of profound change.
After the institutional greetings of Loriano Bigi, Inapp’s Director General, Valentina Ferri, Inapp researcher, and Maurizio Bernava, member of the Fondimpresa Strategy and Business Development Steering Committee, will introduce the proceedings.
A round table with representatives from the business world and institutions will explore the challenges and strategic opportunities for the Italian economy, with specific focus on Active Employment Policies and Training Policies called upon to reduce the imbalance between the skills required by companies and those available on the labour market.
The conclusions are entrusted to Natale Forlani, president of Inapp.
Registration is required by 1 p.m. on 16 October by filling in the appropriate form. It is possible to register in attendance on the day of the event at the reception desk, provided places are available.
