The Atlas of Work and Qualifications: A Strategic Node Supporting Employment Services and Lifelong Learning

Eight years after the launch of the Atlas of Work and Qualifications, Inapp has redesigned its technological infrastructure, graphics, and information organization to enable safer, simpler, more intuitive, and accessible navigation.

The seminar offers an opportunity to present the renewed website, enriched with new sections and content, and to reflect on the system’s potential in building integrated strategies for labour policies and lifelong learning.

The day will begin with an introduction from President Natale Forlani, followed by presentations from Rita Porcelli, head of the Atlas of Work and Competence Analysis research group, Stefania Camassa, Giuseppa Montalbano, and Valentina Ferri.

This will be followed by two roundtables: the first, a technical session moderated by Paolo Severati, head of Inapp’s Labour and Professions unit, will focus on analyzing the potential of the Atlas as an information and technological system; the second, a more strategic session coordinated by President Natale Forlani, will open a dialogue on the necessary reforms to connect continuous education, active labour policies, and sustainable development in a context of economic and social transformation.

The conclusions will be presented by Vincenzo Caridi from the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies.
