Key Action 2 of the programme finances activities to make a significant contribution to its priorities and to have a positive and lasting impact on the participating organisations, the policy systems within which these actions take place and the organisations and individuals directly or indirectly involved in the activities organised, through the development, transfer and/or implementation of innovative practices at the local, regional, national or European levels.
