Erasmus and your privacy

In line with EU Reg. (EU) 2016/679 and 2018/1725, Inapp procedures are based on accountability and risk analysis for the processing of personal data.

The Inapp Erasmus+ Agency, as an integral part of the Institute, on the one hand is obliged to comply with the obligations of the EU Regulation 2016/679 for the performance of the institutional activities that fall under the responsibility of Inapp as Data Controller pursuant to Art. 4, no. 7 of the Regulation itself, and on the other hand to comply with the obligations laid down in the EU Regulation 2018/1725 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by EU institutions, bodies, offices and agencies, for everything related to the implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of the Erasmus+ Programme and for which the EC has the role of data controller.

The National Agencies act as data processors under the supervision of the European Commission.

The National Agency has adopted organisational and security procedures to achieve data protection compliance, in accordance with the roles foreseen by the EC Regulations.

The Erasmus+ National Agency is at your disposal to answer questions and provide information on data processing and data subjects’ rights by writing to [email protected].
