The beneficiary must always bear in mind what instruments are needed to manage the mobility project.
The Financial Agreement (the “Grant Agreement” and annexes) is considered to be the official document establishing the tasks of the parties involved: National Agency and beneficiary.
The Mobility Tool is another important tool provided by the European Commission: a web-based platform which must be used by the beneficiary to manage and report on Erasmus+ projects. The beneficiary organisation will find a lot of pre-filled information on the projects it is managing on this platform. In addition, it will be able to provide all the necessary information concerning mobility participants, organisations linked to the project, contact persons and complete and update budget data.
The system also allows the management of interim reports, participants’ final reports and the generation of the project’s final report.
