Guide for Evaluators

The Guide for Evaluators is the evaluation tool for applications submitted to National Agencies.

It provides instructions and guidance to ensure a standardised and high-quality evaluation of applications.

The Guide provides information on:

  • the role and appointment of experts,
  • the principles of evaluation,
  • the evaluation process in practice,
  • the assessment criteria for each action and area.

In addition, the Guide for Evaluators is also a useful tool for potential beneficiaries of the Programme.
