If, however, you wish to submit a request for access to administrative documents in accordance with Law no. 241 of 7 August 1990, and if you meet the requirements, you can submit a special request for documentary access in accordance with the procedures indicated in the Regulations on access to data, documents and information at INAPP.

Any appeals to the Regional Administrative Court (TAR), to challenge administrative acts that are considered illegitimate, may be made in accordance with current laws.
Complaints relating to the activities carried out by the Erasmus+ National Agency INAPP, vocational education and training sector, or concerning projects funded under the Erasmus+ Programme, may be submitted directly to the Erasmus+ National Agency INAPP using the complaint reporting form to be sent to the email address [email protected], indicating in the subject line of the email the word ‘complaint’ and any references to the project.
The complaint form must be complete with all the information requested and signed either by digital signature directly on the file or by handwritten signature on the printout of the form, attaching in this case a copy of a valid identity document.
The Erasmus + INAPP National Agency will respond to the complaint within 15 working days of its receipt, following a thorough analysis of the complaint, informing you of the outcome or of any additional time required to complete the necessary investigation.
