On 22 April, the 2022-2023 census survey was launched for the preparation of the XII Report to Parliament on the state of implementation of Law no. 68 of 12 March 1999 on ” Regulations for the employment rights of persons with disabilities”. The survey will be active until 25 June 2024.
The survey, conducted using CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interviewing) methodology, aims to monitor and process information on the implementation of targeted employment, its main trends, and the functions carried out by the competent territorial services in Italy.
The survey envisages two distinct qualitative-quantitative instruments: a structured questionnaire for the competent Provinces and a form for the regional level, to be self-completed.
The survey system uses a mixed system based on open-source technologies in a LAMP environment (Linux, Apache, MySql and PHP). A web application has been created, divided into two main parts: one for the Regions and the other for the Provinces, and the specific questionnaires have been divided into thematic sections.
Access to the system is granted through personal access codes, usernames, and passwords, separate for the Regions and Provinces. The software is set up with controls that facilitate users and prevent any compilation errors.
As usual, this year Inapp will provide the Regions and Autonomous Provinces with all the necessary indications to enable access to the online platform for questionnaire completion through an e-mail help desk.For further contacts: [email protected]
