The “Economic digitalisation and employability of over-50s in small and medium-sized enterprises” survey aims to explore the relationship between the ageing population, the labour market, and economic development, vis-a-vis cultural and structural changes in production systems.

It is conducted on a representative sample of 2,500 enterprises, corporations, and non-agricultural businesses, with a number of employees between 10 and 249, located throughout the country. It is carried out using CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and CAWI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) data collection techniques.
